Job Title: TDM- Lead

Job Summary:

As a TDM (Test Data Management) Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the test data strategy for software testing projects. Your role will include designing, creating, and maintaining test data to ensure that it meets the requirements of various testing scenarios. You will work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the right data is available for testing, thereby supporting the overall quality assurance process. Additionally, you will be involved in leading a team of TDM professionals, ensuring best practices for data management are followed, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that test data is secure, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in optimizing test data processes to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience on data related work data modelling ETL development
• Experience on database SQL and development of store procspackages
• Experience with data masking
• Experience with Test Data Management strategy and implementation
• Experience on Test Data Management tools and solutions- should have strong experience and knowledge in Test Data Management activities including fundamental principles of Data Masking Data Subset and Synthetic Data Generation .
• Understanding of DevOps
• Experience with one or more Test data management tools such as CA TDM , Informatica TDM,  Delphix, IBM Optima or Genrocket, etc
