TDR Technician

Job Title: TDR Analyst Rate: $50 C2C Location : New York Local to New York Metro area Only. Configure and maintain the TDR infrastructure, including network components, servers, and storage systems, to support the implementation of Epic Radiant. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate TDR systems with Epic Radiant, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Test TDR configurations and interfaces to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including radiology staff and IT personnel, to address TDR-related issues and optimize system functionality. Monitor TDR performance and capacity, proactively identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities to maintain system stability. Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support ongoing maintenance efforts. Collaborate with radiology staff and other stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and optimize TDR configurations to meet operational needs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to TDR and radiology information systems, proactively recommending enhancements or updates to improve system performance and functionality. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Previous experience working with TDR systems, preferably in a healthcare or radiology environment. Strong technical skills in networking, server administration, and storage management. Experience with Epic Radiant or other radiology information systems is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA, are a plus
