Roles & Responsibilities

Manage diaries, inboxes, and calendars for managers and team members in office
Provide Sales support to team as required
Handle client company lodgments and related administrative tasks
Manage and distribute correspondence, including outgoing mail
Process, scan, and file company statements and related documents.
Draft correspondence and offer secretarial support.
Coordinate working breakfasts, lunches, and internal training sessions.
Help onboard new team members and make them feel welcome
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage related documents.
Provide reception relief duties as needed
Expense management
Order office supplies as needed by teams


Experience & Skills:

Prior Team Assistant / PA Experience
Strong Knowledge in computer systems; ERP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft office suite
Proficient Verbal and written communication skills
Highly skilled in working to tight deadlines


The role offers flexible hours, but you will need to be onsite five days a week.
