Roles & Responsibilities
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Must have experience in Team Handling 
  • Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
  • Must be proficient in working in all job boards like monster, CareerBuilder etc.
  • Must have good Negotiating skills.
  • Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
  • Must have experience in IT concepts and the latest trends
