Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Teamcenter functionalities, complex system integrations, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to guide the PLM team and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Teamcenter architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement complex Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the PLM team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the Teamcenter system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Teamcenter technologies and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Teamcenter issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in PLM, with a minimum of 5 years in Teamcenter architecture and implementation.
  • Expert knowledge of Teamcenter core modules (Item Management, Structure Management, Workflow, Change Management, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Experience with database design and optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
