Qualifications

Basic 
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in any discipline

A self-motivated with a high level of ownership & able to manage personnel and provide guidance to a team where appropriate

Excellent Conversational skills and ability to deliver on time with quality

Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred 

At least 8-10 years of experience in Siemens Team center, with strong Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills

Data Modeling and Migration experience
