Job Description

1. Expert in Genesys Cloud Architecture, creating call flows, chat flows, email flows, Outbound and On Queue flows.

2. Should have experience of building Cloud environment.

3. Proficient in creating & handling development of IVR(VXML) and Routing strategies using GVP Composer 1.8.x for Voice.

4. Experience in Platform API integrations, Embedded Framework integration and other options available in Genesys Cloud including Custom Reports and Survey.

5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

6. Hands on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.

7. Experience with JSON or JavaScript in web applications.

8. Queue & Call tree Management
