Description

JD: 

  • Ops/support experience (Tier2 and tier 3). 
  • Some exposure to Java, AWS and any scripting language with good SQL/querying experience
  • Need Team lead experience, especially leading Production support teams, with supporting a portfolio of applications.
  • Incident management, triaging, handling sev 1 calls, driving issues to resolution, documenting RCA’s, maintain on call schedule, assigning incidents to the team and managing priority incidents with his/her team, Exec status reporting on incidents daily
