Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Tech Lead, bringing extensive experience in Java development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing a small team of developers, providing direction, and implementing solutions to drive our projects forward.
[Responsibilities]:

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automation tools.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Take ownership of project planning, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Utilize your expertise in GoldenGate paths implementation to address data replication and integration challenges effectively.
