Tech Support with LINUX

Actively looking for Technical support/Monitoring role with good understanding on Linux Systems :

Experience :- 1-2 years
Location - 100% Remote
Type - 6 Month contract might extend to another 3 months
Work Timings - Rotational Shift Quarterly change (6 AM to 3 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, 10 PM to 7 AM)

Required Skills :
-Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing) and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment with other teams
-Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Linux/Unix fundamentals, File Systems troubleshooting, Basic understanding of the various tools / services that are available by default with the Operating system .
-Good understanding of Linux Systems implies understanding these and more Any Shell/Bash, sed/awk/grep/egrep, VI/VIM/Emacs, netstat, lsof, strace, ps/top/atop/dstat, grub boot config & systems rescue, fstab/disk labels, ext3/ext4, IPtables, sysstat (sar/vmstat/iostat etc), run-levels & startup scripts, sudo/chroot/chkrootkit/rkhunter.
-Understanding of various distributions nuances (RHEL/Centos/Debian/Ubuntu etc), Package management etc
-Good understanding of networking and TCP/IP protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, RDP and DNS
-Good understanding of concepts like DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP
-Good understanding of RAID / DAS / SAN / NAS
-Exposure to database servers such as MySQL
-Ability to resolve issues quickly
-Eagerness to learn and improve, both yourself and your surroundings
-Education for India : Diploma / BE / BCA / MCA / MSc in Comp / BTech/ Mtech (RHCE/CCNA certified will be a Plus)
