• IT environment – Microsoft, windows, O365, teams, SharePoint, outlook, use SCCM to push software
• Need to know how to push software or what it means
• Use active directory  - under that
• Use Okta – understand SSO
• File shares – need to know that
• Service desk
• Understand what adding to a directory
• Concierge is first lever – do not need deep level engineering
• 3+ years – as tech writer
