Responsibilities Create, prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents and architecture diagrams to support IT cloud infrastructure and platforms hosting modern distributed applications and digital analytics environments.

Research, gather, and analyze complex technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing IT infrastructure architectures

Qualifications Understand, comprehend, and document IT infrastructure for a broad target audience consisting of IT architects, engineers, developers, and managers.

Create illustrations (e.g. block, architecture, and process / swim lane diagrams) using MS Visio to support technical documentation.

Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Experience with Cloud Providers (Microsoft Azure, GCP, and/or AWS)

Ability to understand code such as HTML, JSON, and Python at a high level is a plus.

Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) / IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes is also a plus
