Description of Tasks and Responsibilities

Conduct an analysis and feasibility of transitioning the existing Judicial Resource Network website to a SharePoint Site. Plan the new JRN site, design, develop and work with various stakeholders to implement.
Work on site content for our Center of Excellence SharePoint site and develop tools and resources for users.
Adding users, setting up roles, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
Setting tasks and goals.
Configuring the SharePoint systems to specified requirements for various SharePoint sites.
Communicate with the business to gather business problems and translate them into solution concepts and document requirements.
Conduct technical analysis of existing site and administer new site and provision sub-sites.
Manage site layout (look and feel) and structure.
Provide first point-of-contact for end-user issues.
Work with projects, operation leaders, and teams to develop specific solutions and artifacts and explore new ways of providing customer value.
Research and analyze industry best practices and innovations to see if they can be applied to the collection to improve workflow and quality delivery.
Track and monitor whether the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and in scope.
Work with projects to document requirements.
Provide guidance to business users on the structure of their sites.
