As a Financial Systems Analyst (Source-to-Pay (STP) End User Support), you will be responsible for providing technical and business support to end users across all levels within the organization, specifically focusing on financial systems within the STP workstream. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing timely and accurate solutions in compliance with policy, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with system testing, basic analysis and other tasks (as needed).

End User Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to end users regarding the STP process and systems and ensure accurate and complete data documented in tickets prior to closure in Service Now system. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through system functionalities. Identify, prioritize and resolve (within scoped responsibilities) incidents from Executives (VP and above) and their assistants. Effectively escalate and communicate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary. Prioritize work and exercise good judgement while managing multiple tasks.

Process Improvement: Proactively and continuously track, monitor and analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for process/system improvement.

Documentation: Document internal troubleshooting

Compliance: Support the governance and monitoring of STP financial systems compliance in accordance with company policies, standards and SOX requirements.

System Testing: Tests system enhancements and modifications to ensure the integrity of the system's functionality or its data

Other: Provide support on other projects or tasks as requested.

Required Education: BA/BS preferred

This is an on-site role in FL with the days in the office to be determined
