Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:

·        Lead requirements gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and surveys to document business and technical needs.
·        Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
·        Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
·        Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs in coordination with technical teams.
·        Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
·        Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and provide regular project updates.
·        Develop comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
·        Work with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and completeness.
·        Assist in the development of migration plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
·        Conduct detailed technical analysis of the current e-commerce platform to identify dependencies and potential challenges.
·        Collaborate with development teams to assess migration feasibility and offer technical guidance throughout the process.
