Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document business/technical requirements.
·         Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
·         Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
·         Gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
·         Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and keep them informed about project progress.
·         Develop technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
·         Organize and present information in a clear format using visual aids as needed.
·         Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
·         Contribute to the development of a comprehensive migration plan.
·         Conduct in-depth technical analysis of the current e-commerce platform and work closely with development teams to assess migration strategies.
