What you will do?
Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues related to the application.
Gather and document requirements from clients, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
Identify the impact of the support request and decide the priority for the development team to take action.
Ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly, and client expectations are met.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to recommend improvements to product and service offerings.
Oversee tasks progress through management tools such as Jira or other Kanban- based platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers, stakeholders) to ensure all project components align with business goals.
Regularly update stakeholders on their request status, timelines, and any roadblocks.
Assist in defining scope and deliverables based on business and technical needs.
Create process flows, wireframes, and data models to aid in the understanding of technical requirements.
Ownership of client issues and resolving them as a priority.
Responsible for answering and addressing clients queries through calls, chat and email.
What we are looking for?
Working experience of 5+ years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Familiarity with CRM, CMS systems and other marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and presentation skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Good Decision-Making skills.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Knowledge of third-party applications like Stripe, google analytics, Google Ad Manager and email marketing tools.
Knowledge of PHP, MySǪL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) will be advantageous.
Knowledge in data warehouse applications, skilled in navigating databases and schemas, and supporting efficient data retrieval and analysis.
Knowledge in third party integrations and migrations, with strong communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders on daily issues and strategic projects with commercial teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for project management.
Experience of using Jira or similar project management tools to manage tasks and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
An effective communicator who engages stakeholders thoughtfully and simplifies technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.
