Must to have WalkMe expereince

- Prior experience with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) development (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Apty, etc.)

- WalkMe Builder certification

- Strong sense of visual design

- Ability to engage with engineers, other parts of the business and senior leaders

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in extended Office 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

- Working knowledge of user experience research and usability testing

- Working knowledge of Jira preferred
