Our Client is looking to hire an ERP Business/Systems Analyst Consultant to join their team.  This individual will lead the effort to develop functional & technical specifications for the proposed CGI Advantage ERP solution and interact with the internal and external teams to set up and deploy the solution. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Providing the analysis, design, development, training, implementation, and post-production support for the proposed CGI Advantage ERP solution.

·        Determining CGI Advantage ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations. 

·        Evaluating existing IT infrastructure including databases, security protocol and recommending system improvements. 

·        Developing and configuring customized CGI Advantage ERP solutions. 

·        Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities. 

·        Deploying CGI Advantage ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. 

·        Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance. 

·        Providing CGI Advantage ERP end-user training and technical support. 

·        Documenting CGI Advantage ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates. 

·        Complying with industry regulations. 

·        Keeping informed of the latest CGI Advantage ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

Requirements and Skills

·        Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.

·        A minimum of 10 years' experience as a business/systems analyst in an ERP environment with at least three end-to-end implementation projects.

·        Extensive knowledge of business processes, CGI Advantage ERP development tools, and coding languages.

·        Must have 3-5 years’ experience working in the CGI Advantage Finance Module (GL, Budget, AP, Treasury)

·        Must have 3-5 years’ experience working in the CGI Advantage HR Module (Payroll, Onboarding)

·        Must have 3-5 years’ experience working in the CGI Advantage Procurement Module (Vendor Self Service, Contract Management, RFP/RFI)

·        Prefer candidate with experience migrating CGI Advantage ERP to the Cloud from On premise solution.

·        Prefer candidate with a CGI Advantage ERP Certification

·        Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
