Technical Architect (Database) - Expert

Complete Description:
·         Serve as a lead in drafting of requirements document to support development of a web-based data entry portal.
·         The requirements document will entail analysis of current data organization and storage as well as technical guidance and recommendations for the business platform.
·         Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture is necessary as this position will serve as the technical expert to guide the establishment of expectations, design, and standards for, and be responsible for drafting of, technical and user documentation to support the development of the data entry portal. 
·         Guidance and recommendations in the identification of the best fit business platform as well as interfacing with NC DEQ IT to ensure compliance with proposed platform will be necessary
