Server-Side Programming: Hands-on experience in server-side programming.

Scalable Platforms: Experience building scalable, high-availability, mission-critical platforms.

Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.

UI Development: Experience in JavaScript/Angular/React/Vue.

Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, results-driven, and ability to inspire and lead teams.
