Roles and Responsibilities
• Should manage Team of software developers
• Hands on Strong Technical Background in .Net Core, and .Net Technologies.
• Ability to perform technical design and architecture of components
• Should Take care of Task Estimation & Scheduling/planning using JIRA
• Accountable for Code Review, Peer Review and Functional Testing
• Improve the performance of straight-through processing by tuning applications and databases
• Efficiently Perform analysis, design and development of system functionality enhancements/break fixes using .Net Core, Microservices, Web API technologies
• Should Monitoring the work load of resources for better outcome
• Maintain & Support the existing system through a support Tickets.
• Provide both Technical and Functional support to the team whenever it is needed
• Functional analysis, Technical Design, Development, impact analysis and prepared functional specifications, Deliverable Reviews & Migration Activities.
• Collaborate closely with the business teams to streamline production release strategy plans
• Capable to Work with the business users as a liaison between business and IT (on-shore & off-shore)
Main Skillset Required: Net Core, Microservices, Web API

Experience: 8-13 years
