Responsibilities:
- Technology SPOC / Responsible Solution design
- Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to understand current application, Pains, architecture.
- Help the build Architectural blueprint , tech stack.
- Help to define/propose the Machine Learning Algorithms and models.
- Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers.
- Help the Project Manager with work breakdown structure and User Story definitions, Co-ordinate tasks/deliverables within the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex research to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence.
- Measure and improve results, Present Final results to stake holders.
- Translating the business requirements to technical specifications that can be used by the teams to design & develop.
- Abreast of latest technologies & tools and ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies as per the requirement.
- Experience in Agile environment, Scrum principles and development lifecycle for large scale projects
Technical Skills – Must have:
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing production-grade machine learning solutions (supervised and unsupervised models) and NLP (NLTK, Spark NLP, spaCy, HuggingFace, Flair, NLTK, etc) for real-world business problems.
- Expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience in leveraging cloud AI services in any one of the platforms – AWS/Azure
- Development and ML experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavor’s
- Knowledge in Web Services using REST, SOAP
- Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
- Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure
- UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular.JS / React.JS/Vue.JS
- Strong leadership competencies including the ability to think and act strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance culture and inspire/teach others to perform at higher levels.
