Technical BA with Drools

Job Description:

• Build Coordination for rule services and JAR file configurations (3-5)
• Define Rule Standards (4-5)
• Develops tools to manage data values derived in our rules, and test our services/rules. (2-5)
• Documentation publication: Tool and users guides, job aids, articles, etc. (2-5)
• Presentations on Technology / services (presentation to varying audiences) (3-5)
• Production Support (all)
• Provides leadership, training and mentoring to others (2-5)
• Rule Design Training (4-5)
• Tool Training (2-5)

Change Management / Control:

• Actively manages scope and accountability for on-time execution against project plans keeping team members focused on the highest priority goals and objectives (3-5)
• Appropriate use of JIRA and other defect management systems, including documentation of defect analysis, attaching support documents (request files, etc.) document. (all)
• Assign and align team members and capacity (3-5)
• Assists in development of status reports and other project communications and determines project tasks and milestones. (all)
• Branch Management (3-5)
• Ensure Rule Change resources and timing are aligned with project needs (4-5)
• Facilitate approval of Specifications and or requirements and or work orders (2-5)
• Focal point for initial escalation (all)
• Maintain Monthly Project Forecasts (3-5)
• Perform initial sizing for project request (3-5)
• Provide direction to others on team (2-5)

Requirements:

• BRRD Author: Reviews policy documents and SME interviews and BRDs to extract and document Rule specific requirements. (2-5)
• Consult on project business requirements. Recommend and/or approve system requirements (2-5)
• Define rule data needs, define data and collaborate with the data interface owners (2-5)
• Documentation of business and system decision needs (2-5)
• Participation in requirements development for CoBRRa or other internal tools (2-5)

Design/Consulting:

• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. (2-5)
• BRRD Review: Performs qualitative review and analysis of rule requirements documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for use in Rules Design as well as for business review and approval (2-5)
• Data Modeling and Design (4-5)
• Design Creation: Performs analysis of the BRRD requirements against existing rules to create one or more Design Point Documents (a Rules Technical Specification document) used by rule
