·         Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 15+ Minimum Experience.

  • Financial Services experience, especially in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Asset Management, specifically in client onboarding, CRM systems, like Salesforce, Workflows systems like Pega and KYC rules and supporting documentations and workflows
  • BA/BS degree and/or related work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience documenting specifications, preferably at a services company.
  • Full understanding of the business model or the area(s) supported.
  • Very Strong Analytical skills required
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Strong time management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
  • Knowledge of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle required
  • Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to create presentations using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to project work and project planning, as well as project management software.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Written and oral communications skills
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • A technical/programming background a huge plus as this role requires a strong partnership and constant coordination with development team to agree on timelines and scope of work
