Technical Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safe Agile trained
• Experience playing the scrum master role for at least 2 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Working within an agile software engineering environment
• Experience in conducting daily SCRUM (one to two teams)
• Excellent communication and mentoring

Skills :

• DevOps functional and technical expertise and ability to work with multi-skilled
• professionals within and across Scrum teams
• Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical
• Expertise in modeling/mapping business processes both as-is and to-be.
• Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of business and IT.
• Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skill
• Responsible for understanding and articulating the systems level impacts needed to realize the user story
• Have strong knowledge of existing system operations including their specifications
• Responsible for producing new or modified system specifications to be used by developers to realize the user story
• Document process flows and system context diagrams for complex business scenarios or system interactions
• Maintain & update wiki with mS documentation including request/response details
