  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minumum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a Must.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of API integrations and web technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for end-users
