Minumum
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software developme
nt environment.
Strong understanding of
software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with project management tools and techniques.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a Must.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of
API integrations and web technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.
Participate in project planning, development, testing, and implementation phases.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for end-users
