Technical Business Analyst

Skills Needed & Requirements • Change management experience – for example the process of reevaluating current business model and implementing pivots necessary to keep the business healthy • Must have Life Sciences, Bio Science and/or healthcare experience – required • RWE data experience to generate RWE requirements • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - required   • Proven experience of being proactive (ask probing questions to that effect) • Connect with users (who are scientists in oncology, healthcare research professionals, and other healthcare professional etc.)   • Understand workflows • Jira experience • Develop Requirement specification docs, Agile Methodology • Training experience: Help generate materials (research materials) and help them create content and roll up sleeves • Generative AI experience or exposure to Gen AI and or interest in experience and understanding in models • Technical skills - Power BI   • Professionalism   • Articulate business needs
