Description:
- The Business Analyst will provide day-to-day support of the application to end users, work with technical teams to resolve system errors, gather requirements for enhancement requests, write functional design documents and test cases, perform system testing and acquiring business sign off for release items.
Typical Day:
- Under minimal supervision, provide definition, business analysis, and implementation of significant multi-phased projects, to provide business solutions to the assigned area.
- Provide research and assistance in design of systems to support business processes.
- Provide business technical assistance and guidance related to the architectural design and planning of computer systems and resources for the assigned area.
- Develop and provide training as required.
- Appreciable latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.
Technical Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of application support.
- Preferred Oracle EBS Support.
- Use Service Now for ticketing system (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
