4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data analysis or a combination of relevant work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for technology initiatives.
Data Solutions: Design and implement technical strategies and data solutions that address business needs.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of cost-effective systems and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Evaluate and resolve moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges.
Collaboration: Partner with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
Internal Consulting: Act as an internal consultant, using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Project Management: Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Communication: Facilitate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Development Support: Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of complex applications.
