Job Description:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to JDA software solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize JDA software modules to meet client specifications and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement integration solutions to seamlessly integrate JDA software with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of JDA software modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Assist in the deployment and post-implementation support of JDA solutions, including user training and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to JDA software solutions and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with JDA (RedPrairie) software solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing various JDA modules, including Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Demand Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with JDA development tools, such as JDA Developer Kit (JDK), JDA Configuration Console, and JDA Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes.
  • Experience with integration technologies and protocols, such as APIs, EDI, XML, and Web Services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • JDA certification(s) preferred
