Please look for Technical BI profiles with PM experience (not for PM profiles with technical)
Min of 6-8 Yrs to be as BI Developer or Lead working on Data skills like
ETL (Informatica/SSIS/Data Stage)
Data Modelling/Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence
Report Developer (Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI or Cognos or Qlik or SSRS)
SQL Developer (Oracle/SQL Server)
Snowflake or Redshift on Cloud
Recent 5+ yrs as Technical PM in Data projects
Waterfall/Agile/Scaled Agile experience on Data Warehouse Development (EDW) or Data Migration projects.
Domain experience (Banking or Finance)
Handling Offshore/Onsite with good communication
