Test knowledge on budget management (how the baseline is constructed,
forecasting approach)
Test understanding of Agile initiation (approach, participants, challenges,
stages)
Test understanding of sprint management (construct, governance, roles,
objectives)
Test understanding of benefit realization (pre-requisites, approach)
Proficient in English Writing, reading & speaking
