Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute hands-on configuration and development tasks within the Sprinklr platform to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and deliver technical solutions and optimizations that align with customer use cases.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Sprinklr platform’s capabilities and features, ensuring effective use of its functionalities.
Develop and implement integrations with various Cloud contact center technologies such as IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, and Workflow Automation.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the Sprinklr platform.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Cloud contact center technologies and Sprinklr platform features.


Experience & Education:

5+ years of experience in software development, technical configuration, or technology consulting within the CCaaS industry.
Strong technical proficiency in enterprise software consulting and implementation, particularly with the Sprinklr platform.
Experience with Cloud contact center platforms (e.g., Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, Genesys, Ameyo) and related technologies.
Familiarity with concepts such as IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self-Service, and Conversational AI.
Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) and Analytics within the context of customer engagement solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Experience with API integrations and data management within contact center solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the Sprinklr platform and integrations (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
