About the role: 

We are looking for a high-energy and experienced Technical Enablement Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical enablement content and programs at SentinelOne. In this role, you will be responsible for building labs, demo environments, and certification programs to enhance expertise across our field and channel SE roles. Reporting directly to the Global Partner Enablement Director, you will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other experts to shape learning priorities and drive impactful enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in a sales/sales engineering role, and strong technical skills within cybersecurity. 

What will you do? 

  • Achieve mastery of all SentinelOne technologies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify skills and knowledge requirements
  • Develop learning paths for the SentinelOne and Channel Partner Pre-Sales roles that include new partner onboarding, product administration and use, new release adoption, continued learning, and advanced technical demo certifications.
  • Design, implement, and develop engaging demo and lab environments to facilitate hands-on learning experiences for partners
  • Establish effective tracking and reporting for SEs, Managers and Channel Teams to use.
  • Design and create technical training content for instructor-led and online training, including written course materials, videos, labs, demos, exercises, skill assessments and certification exams
  • Create structured and effective certification programs to validate partner proficiency in product knowledge and technical skills
  • Keep technical sales content up to date and refreshed to ensure the latest competitive intelligence, customer use cases and new products and capabilities are well understood and adopted by pre-sales teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline new product release enablement for internal and channel SEs
  • Use strong leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a systematic manner
  • Suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges

What skills and experience should you bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written communication and content development skills
  • Minimum of 5+ years of SE experience in cyber security, preferably one or more of the following.  Endpoint cyber defense, CNAPP, SIEM, or Identity and Deception
  • Must have basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools such as Metasploit, Covenant, PowerShell Empire, Bloodhound, etc. Knowledge of attacker methodologies, detection evasion techniques, notable malware and anti-malware solutions and techniques
  • Knowledge of attacker Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP), MITRE ATT&CK Framework, cyber kill chain, etc. 
  • Understanding of IP networking protocols and firewalls
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware
  • Proven experience in creating and managing technical labs, demo environments, and certification programs
  • GTM experience influencing sales effectiveness, support optimization, and revenue acceleration with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort

Above And Beyond

  • 8+ years experience in an SE or technical sales enablement role. 
  • Technical understanding of Active Directory, Cloud Services, and SEIM
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with training methodologies, adult learning and learning technologies.
  • Experience working in the field of computer forensics, security architect, penetration/red teamer, threat hunter, or incident responder a plus
  • InfoSec or Cybersecurity Certifications, such as but not limited to CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSEC, CompTIA Security+
  • Other applicable vendor-specific certifications in the endpoint security space

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$128,000—$176,000 USD
