  • 4 plus years of work experience in understanding the AV requirements from the sales person based on that making BOQ design.
     
  • Giving successful Demo to Partner customers and third party vendors along with sales Person Onsite/Offsite to showcase Video Audio Solutions.
     
  • Support to customers on site or remotely on product and solutions.
     
  • Visiting customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the product and if any technical support is required.
     
  • Upskilling oneself on all the latest technologies and new product launches by the OEM’s.
     
  • Training the End users and internal Team for all the product line and updates on the same as and when required.
     
  • Hands on knowledge of Networking Components, Active & Passive, Video Conferencing system, EPBX SYSTEM, Audio Visual, Interactive Touch Displays, Conference Management system.
     
  • Good knowledge of audio video conferencing solutions and unified collaboration solutions.
     
  • Good working knowledge on various AV connectivity, thumb rules in-terms of room ambiance for enterprise video solutions, audio solutions.
     
  • Assign internal Pre-sales in designing work as per site and client.
     
  • Visit and meet potential Clients in person along with the sales team.
     
  • Track and report on all the projects and the team performance.
     
  • Technical Certifications of OEM’s.
     


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication preferred.
     
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
     
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the company's products and services.
     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
     
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
     
  • Strong customer service skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication preferred.
