Job Description

The Engineer will perform all the technical work from Pre to Post Sales like site survey, Demo, requesting pre requites for demo & implementation, Deployment of the products & also take care of any technical assistance during the tenure of AMC's as well. Will be responsible for team management (of all the in-house engineers) will also be responsible to assign them to different projects and make sure they are completing all the required trainings and certifications required by the OEM and stay updated with the latest market trends when it come to technology, also manage projects and assign the team member to the same last but not the least b part of the solution designing for clients as per their needs and requirements.
 

Roles and Responsibilities
 

• Work with the sales team to understand Clients needs and requirements.
   
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers.
   
• Conduct On-Field Demo, product demonstrations, Certifications and training sessions.
   
• Respond to Clients inquiries and provide technical support.
   
• Work with the engineering team to develop and test new products and services.
   
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
   
• Site Survey At Client Place, Capability To Make Exact Boq. (Bill Of Quantity).
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication preferred.
   
• 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role
   
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of the company's products and services
   
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
   
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   
• Strong customer service skills
   

Working Conditions:
 

• Travel within Mumbai as required.
   
• Working Hours: 09:45 am to 6:45 pm Hrs (Monday-Friday)
