12+ years in Java software development, with a focus on healthcare service delivery.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Profound knowledge of US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Healthcare-related certifications (e.g., PAHM,FAHM or relevant certifications) are a plus.
