Technical Lead – Mobile - React Native

As a Technical Lead in Mobile development, you will:

• Be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers, architecting, designing, and developing high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver feature-rich and user-friendly mobile apps that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to a team of mobile developers throughout all phases of mobile app development.
• Architect, design and develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Work closely with managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and ensure the delivery of feature-rich, user-friendly mobile apps.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns within the mobile development team to maintain code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 7+ years of work experience in Mobile Development, with at least 5 years in React Native Development.
• Knowledge in NodeJS and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Android NativeScript and Swift iOS is beneficial
• Proficiency in React Native development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with NodeJS.
• Knowledge in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Understanding of mobile development design patterns and best practices.
• Knowledge of Firebase is a plus.
