Description

  1. 15+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce
  2. Must be able to technically savvy to understand the length and breadth of Salesforce implementations.
  3. Must be able to think of creative technical solutions to problems at hand and must have ability to change the delivery trajectory of programs.
  4. Must be able to handle more than one complex program at a time, without compromising quality.
  5. Must have the requisite shrewdness to navigate large IT programs.
  6. Must have experience in writing watertight SOWs
  7. Project Manager must not be a checklist chaser / order-taker.
  8. Must be able rally the entire team toward a common and unified outcome.
