Job Responsibilities:
ITIL Certified (Foundation minimum, prefer Intermediate)
Able to implement and advise on ITIL process (Incident Management, Change Management, Service Operations, etc)
Identify process, procedure gaps
Familiar with multiple tools listed above under L2 – AWS, Zabbix, Github, SVN/CVS, Cfengine, Chef and/or Puppet, Cobbler, JIRA/Confluence, PagerDuty etc.
(Plus) – experience with “new” technologies such as
Docker
OpenStack
NoSQL Solutions (Mongo, Cloudera, Hadoop)
Familiar with project management tools (MS Project or similar, JIRA) and processes (Agile and Waterfall; general SDLC)
Expert/Creative Problem Solver
Demonstrated solutions to complex technical issues (tech debt, work around resource constraints, upgrades/replacement of legacy infrastructure, etc)
Strong architectural, design, and integration experience
Implemented/Experienced with Hybrid cloud solutions (Saas/IaaS)
Successfully designed and implemented highly available services/solutions
Identify potential deficiencies in RM Operations and ideally be able to suggest potential solutions
Experiences leading/implementing technical integrations (ie ticketing systems with monitoring solutions, APIs, etc)
