Description

Having experience on building, deploying and supporting enterprise application. 

Having exposure integration with 3rd party application

Having knowledge of Contact Center domain

Having understanding of infrastructure and network, cloud networking

Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, utilising their skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand

End-to-end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey

Liaise with other engineers, architects and business stakeholders, to understand and drive the product or service's direction

Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change

Responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement

Should be able to handle individual task with minimum supervision.

 

Bachelor Degree

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

8-10 + year experience delivering Contact Center applications or large-scale global cloud based solutions

DevOps background

Experience with ensuring product solutions delivered are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle.

Experience of tools like JIRA /Confluence /Clarity to manage programme delivery and reporting

Stakeholder and Project management

Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives 

Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production.  

Prepare estimates and delivery plan for all phases of the project 

Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings 

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and business. 

Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
