Technical Product Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Investigate business problems and opportunities, specifying required changes to processes, skills, information, technology, and organizational structures.
- Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to assure the feasibility of proposed solutions and prioritize business change initiatives.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for software development and quality assurance teams.
- Lead the documentation and modeling of holistic solutions, maintaining links with related disciplines and supporting business and technical changes.
- Plan, facilitate, and manage meetings and workshops with stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
- Support business case development by analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of proposed options.
- Assist in defining acceptance tests for new business processes and IT systems and ensure their effective execution.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role.
- Proficiency in investigating, analyzing, modeling, and documenting business areas or systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and document requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools to record information structures within an organization.
- Experience in stakeholder management and adapting engagement style to meet diverse audience needs.
- Familiarity with business case preparation and presenting requirements both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align actions with strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in airline technology environments is preferred.
- Clear communication skills in describing technical subjects.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
