Technical Product Manager

Skills required :

Good understanding of Spring Boot/Microservices/Web application’s API, Event streaming platform, ETL tools, SQL technology stack. FinTech domain is preferred.

Should have strong functional and business requirement understanding.

Ability to elaborate the features to Agile team.

Should have alignment between business priorities and development objectives.

Work as a liaison to bridge the gap between Agile team and solution team.

Breaking down the Feature into independent, negotiable stories with precise scope and Acceptance Criteria in ALM board.

Grooming the stories as per Definition of Ready criteria.

Should be able to identify NFRs (Non-Functional requirements) specific to the requirement.

Good presentation skills and product demonstrations skills.

Ability to coordinate with cross-domain/function teams.

Good analytical and solution-oriented skills to address customer reported incident/problem statement and timely reply on the same.

Very good understanding of SAFe Agile ceremonies.

Effective documentation ability on collaborative platform like confluence.
