3+ years of experience translating business needs into product requirements, features and functionality
2+ years of product ownership or product management experience
3+ years of experience working in an agile or scaled agile development environment
Technical/Functional Skills
Familiar with software development concepts. Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation as well as working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff
Experience in driving the product management lifecycle and design and development of end-to-end products and workflows; drive and support integration strategies and approaches, persona development and journey mapping experience
Experience monitoring capital budget at feature/scrum team level
Establishing constructive, collaborative relationship with partners
Experience defining and tracking product OKRs to measure success/outcome
Experience with product management tools like AHA!, Rally, and GitHub
