REQUIRED SKILLS       

On the device side they are looking for someone who would be a technical person but not a developer.
Absorb information problems from tier 1 and tier 2 support teams (they enter issues in their system as trouble tickets this person would look at the problems, "cuff does not inflate" etc) 
Analyze the information and take it internally to the teams that developed and some were white developed and then take it to investigate further and QA Analyst 
Quality control analyst but would need to be somewhat technical in nature. Will need to recognize patterns and then own that whole process of reporting the solution and then document and oversee the resolution of the problem.
If the product team says we are going to release a new feature and they would oversee and take down the requirements, work with the right stakeholders to see it to the end

Education

Any Graduate
