Responsibilities:
• Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to-day tactical objectives
• Provide insights and contribute to the team’s strategic direction.
• Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering
• Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed.
• Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc
• Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professional manner
• Assist with key internal customer meetings
• Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist
• Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners.
