We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience with consumer device product development and who can work across a team of engineers, porotypes, Quality, cross-functional partners, TPMs and product managers to help the team deliver novel developments in AR products.

Candidate Value Proposition

As a Technical Program Manager, this individual will have the chance to work with many teams (e.g. prototyping, product development, quality, automation, research). The right candidate will possess a strong technical program management, consumer product development and engineering Infrastructure, quality and automation experience with engineering and TPM background, and will have demonstrated experience leading large initiatives across multiple product, software and hardware teams. Role Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your program.

Drive multiple engineering prototyping, demos, quality programs and product initiatives Work with engineering, prototyping and quality teams to define and revise the long-term strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end plans Design and implement systems that enhance the quality and testing of products and engineering infrastructure Provide quality engineering guidance to new programs and initiatives Work with teams to set milestones, identify dependencies, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential blockers Work with engineering to ensure what we build has the right balance of cost vs. benefit and focuses on addressing the highest priority partner team and customer needs

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs from inception to production Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery Experience building systems and processes for demos, prototyping, quality, testing, automation or system engineering Experience developing software or hardware roadmaps for complex consumer hardware products Knowledge of software development and product development processes and best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

Prior experience working in software, firmware, hardware development Hands-on engineering experience running scripts Previous experience as product manager or scrum master

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team Ability to influence leaders

Educational Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
