Qualifications
● Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading multiple complex programs end-to-end
● Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action
● Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
● Strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
● Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work
● Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs
Responsibilities
● Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely very fast-paced environment, proactively drive cross-functional projects independently and build consensus without clear authority
● Drive cross-functional programs and identify KPIs to track successful execution and outcomes
● Develop and manage work back plan and cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements; act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
● Drive innovative in-person, hybrid, and virtual events end to end (e2e)
● Foster a planning environment that enables rich co-creation and iteration on great ideas for best possible outcomes
● Little to no assistance required in presenting / communicating and building presentations
● Strong verbal communication, written communications, and leadership skills
