Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We, at Innovaccer are looking for a Technical Program Manager-I who will be responsible for the development and implementation of project management and Agile delivery for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology implementation at our customers. End-to-end project management including scope, planning, risk, issue, communication and integration management.

A Day in the Life

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 
• Identify and address key problem areas in engineering processes and systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, effective collaboration, and optimal performance
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders
• Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, tools, and budget, to maximize project efficiency and productivity

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Advanced degrees are a plus. 
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management/ or a related domain
• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within a platform or infrastructure environment.
• Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of system architecture and engineering principles.
• Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution
